The arms of the structure must be added to the main pipes but it would be very weak by itself, so I had to strengthen it with some ribs between the arms.
The ribs are plastic sheets shaped in the extremes with a curve to fit them between the pipes and glue them.
Structure of the water wheel:
The last step is to close the structure glueing lids in both extremes of the main pipe. One of the lids has a hole where I can put a hosepipe inside to control the water flow inside the structure.
I have perfored the bottoms of the four tins with small holes to let the water come out.
To seal the tins, I cut a plastic surface with the same diameter. These surfaces must have holes in the center to add more pipes which will be the connectors between tins and the pipes, so the size of these holes has to be the same as the connecting pipes.

The connectors had been glued to the surfaces and the surfaces to the tins.

The extremes of the connecting pipes that will be inside the pumping ones must have a special shape to avoid friction with the inner pipe.

First of all I found the two pipes which are going to be placed one inside the other and cut them. I had to make a hole in the inner one to allow the water flow inside one of the arms.

To seal the two pipes I had to put two rings of rubber, taking some material out from the inner and outer pipes to place the rubbber in the space between the holes. One of the gaps in the outer pipe must have more length to leave a bit of freedom to put both of the rubber rings.

The idea is to create some structure which could use the water as an important element to have a continuous movement.
The object could be built with tin cans placed on the extremes of a cross shaped tubes structure and in the middle of the cross a plastic pipe could be placed.
The structure is going to be half full of water and the pipe is going to distribute it to make some parts heavy at the same time other parts become lighter. This process should make the full parts going down and the empty ones going up in a circular movement.
For further practices, if the structure could have some kind of rowing, it could move through a plane in addition to the circular movement.
